经远端桡动脉入径行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
<正>桡动脉入径(transradial approach,TRA)自1993年首次应用于临床以来,已逐渐成为了经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)中的首选入径[1]。远端桡动脉入径(distal transradial approach,dTRA)作为一种新的介入治疗入径,近年来在欧洲和亚洲的一些国家得到了一定程度的开展[2-10],而国内这方面的研究和报道仍较少。与传统TRA相比,dTRA被认为具有多方面的优势,但其推广和应用也存在着一系列亟待解决的问题。本文对dTRA的相关研究进行归纳与总结,对该入径的解剖学基础、优势及其可能存在的问题进行综述。
