摘要(Abstract)：

<正>冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变(chronic total occlusion,CTO)是冠心病的一类特殊病变,在冠心病治疗的临床实践中并不少见,尤其在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)广泛开展的今天,当固定狭窄病变正在被逐渐攻克时,CTO病变的治疗依然还是PCI的难点和热点。目前认为,制约CTO病变治疗成功的因素主要有长
