<正>1引言《中国心血管病报告2016》显示,我国罹患冠心病的人数高达1100万,且发病率和死亡率仍呈上升趋势[1]。BRIG研究[2]显示,从2006年至2012年,我国急性冠状动脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)患者抗血小板药物和他汀类药物的使用量逐年上升,血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂
