多旁路预激综合征合并心肌肥厚:Danon病1例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>1临床资料患者男,23岁,因"活动后心悸、气短4 d"入北京协和医院。4 d前患者活动后出现心悸、气短,伴胸闷、恶心,自测心率150次/min。本院急诊测血压86/55 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 k Pa)。心电图示:心房扑动2:1下传,心率143次/min。予100 J同步电复律一次转复成功,心悸症状好
