介入方式取出桡动脉内打折的导管1例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>1临床资料患者女,62岁,因"间断胸前区不适4年"入院。患者于4年前开始,常于快步走时出现胸前区牵扯样疼痛不适,以剑突下及右前胸明显,中止活动30 min内可自行缓解。近1个月上述症状发作有所加重。在外院就诊行胸部电子计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)检查提示升主动脉旁占位病变、心包囊肿可能。为进一步诊治入住武汉亚洲心脏病医院。既往高血压病史3个月,最高血压
