摘要(Abstract):
经导管主动脉瓣置换术围术期出现冠状动脉闭塞是一种极其严重的并发症,针对冠状动脉闭塞高风险患者可通过预先放置保护装置来预防该并发症。值得注意的是,冠状动脉保护装置的选用及放置要充分考虑血管条件,以免造成医源性冠状动脉损伤。
