冠状窦缩窄装置治疗难治性心绞痛的研究进展

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>难治性心绞痛是指长期慢性的心绞痛达到加拿大心血管学会(canadian cardiovascular society,CCS)心绞痛分级Ⅱ~Ⅲ级,给予优化药物治疗(该部分包括不适合血运重建的患者)、血管成形术或冠状动脉旁路移植术(coronary artery bypass graft,CABG)仍不能缓解并有心肌缺血证据的患者。难治性心绞痛在心绞痛患者中比例并不低,据估计美国每年有超过10万人被确诊为难治性心绞痛~([1])。目前难治性心绞
