银杏叶提取物抗增生作用的实验研究The experimental study on the protective effect of GBE in intimal proliferation induced by endotkelial injury

摘要(Abstract):
用大鼠胸主动脉内皮损伤的模型研究了血小板活化因子(PAF)在血管内皮损伤后内膜增生中的作用及PAF受体桔抗刘银杏叶提取物(GBE)的抗增生作用。50只雄性Wistar大鼠分成5组:假手术组(S),对照组(C),大剂量GBE组(GH),小剂量GBE组(GL)及GBE中途治疗组(GM)。所有动物在术前及术后6、48小时1及2周时采血测PAF、GMP-140和D-Dimer。2周末胸主动脉切片测新生内膜面积及内膜/中膜面积比。结果表明,动脉内皮损伤后血浆PAF、GMP-140和D-Dimer均显著升高。GBE术前开始用药者(GH,GL组)可使GMP-140及D-Dimer明显下降,且作用与剂量大小有关。术后开始用药(GM)对PAF、GMP-140及D-Dimer均无影响。2周时病理切片显示,动脉内皮损伤可引起内膜的显著增生,而GBE可减轻内膜增生的程度,作用亦与剂量大小有关。术后1周开始用药者虽不能抑制PAF、GMP-140及D-Dimer水平的升高,但亦能减轻内膜增生。
