经皮肺动脉瓣置入二例报道

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>经皮肺动脉瓣置入术(percutaneous pulmonary valve implantation,PPVI)是最早应用于临床的经皮瓣膜置换技术,国外2000年即有临床成功应用的报道[1]。虽然国内2008年就有学者进行动物实验方面的研究[2],但既往尚未有临床应用的报道。2013年5月,复旦大学附属中山医院心内科率先在国内成功实施2例PPVI术并已完成3个月随访,现报道如下。
