冠状动脉支架置入术对冠心病患者C反应蛋白及肌钙蛋白T的影响Effects of coronary stenting on blood levels of C-reactive protein and troponin T

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 评价经皮冠状动脉支架置入术（ＣＳ）对血液Ｃ反应蛋白（ＣＲＰ）及肌钙蛋白Ｔ（ＴｎＴ）的影响，并探讨ＣＲＰ与ＴｎＴ的关系。方法 选择１９９９年１月至４月在我院行ＣＳ的患者为研究对象（n=64），同时选择一组同期进行冠状动脉造影（ＣＡG)的患者作为对照（n=２８）。分别于CS或CAG术当天及术后第二天清晨采集空腹血进行血液ＣＲＰ及ＴｎＴ水平的测定。结果 ＣＳ组患者术后血清ＣＲＰ水平显著高于术前（Ｐ＝0.01）；ＴｎＴ水平与术前比较差别无显著性（Ｐ＝０．３２）。ＣＡＧ组患者，造影后血液CＲＰ及ＴnＴ水平与造影前比较差别均无显著性（Ｐ＞０．05）。结论 冠状动脉支架置入术后血液ＣＲＰ水平升高。ＣＲＰ的升高不是心肌坏死所引起，而可能是ＣＳ治疗局部炎症反应的一种表现。
