<正>患者,男性,47岁,因"胸背痛30小时"于2009年11月20日入院。患者于2009年11月18日18时突发胸部大面积绞痛,向后背放射,程度剧烈,随即一过性晕厥,意识模糊,急送当地医院就诊,测血压低于80/60mmHg,23时意识完全清醒,外院行胸部CT提示"主动脉弓降部动脉瘤破裂,伴
