成功处理双叶左心耳1例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>1临床资料患者男,78岁。"胸闷、心悸3年,加重2个月"至武汉亚洲心脏病医院就诊。患者3年前间断出现胸闷、心悸不适症状,与活动无明显相关。曾至当地医院就诊,诊断为"冠心病、心房颤动",药物治疗后好转出院。近期再发胸闷、心悸,再次就诊于当地医院,住院期间行冠状动脉造影提示临界病
