零射线射频消融患儿右心耳局灶性房性心动过速1例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>1临床资料患者女,12岁。主因"间断心悸3个月"2017年9月就诊于天津市儿童医院。急性发作时心电图示:房性心动过速(房速)。动态心电图示:阵发性房速131阵,最长持续时间57 min。口服美托洛尔无缓解。否认既往心脏病史。入院查体:血压90/60mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),心界无扩大,心音有力,律
