药物涂层球囊联合缩进式支架置入术治疗Medina 0,1,0病变1例Drug-coated balloon combined with retractive drug-eluting stent implantation for left main Medina 0,1,0 bifurcation lesion: a case report

摘要(Abstract)：
对于Medina 0,1,0和0,0,1分型的左主干末端分叉病变，目前标准化的支架置入策略存在争议。本文报道1例左前降支开口病变患者，术中采用药物涂层球囊联合缩进式（距开口1～2 mm）置入药物洗脱支架的方法进行介入治疗，术后即刻及随访时造影和光学相干断层成像结果满意，为临床实践提供新的参考。
