摘要(Abstract)：

经导管主动脉瓣置换术(TAVR)已逐渐进入临床领域。由于TAVR术后瓣周漏和患者不良预后密切相关,故TAVR术后瓣周漏问题需重视。根据目前的技术手段,应对TAVR术中瓣周漏的方法主要有球囊后扩张、瓣中瓣技术、经导管瓣周漏介入封堵术。本文主要介绍TAVR术中同期应用血管封堵器成功介入封堵瓣周漏1例。
