美托洛尔对安装永久心脏起搏器患者的心房和心室起搏阈值与心脏内电信号波幅的影响Effects of metoprolol on heart pacing threshold value and endocardial electrical signal amplitude in patients with permanent pacemakers

摘要(Abstract)：
目的观察选择性β1-受体阻滞剂美托洛尔对安装永久性人工心脏起搏器的患者的心房、心室起搏阈值和心肌R、P波振幅的影响。方法62例患者中病态窦房结综合征患者30例,高度或Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞患者32例;新安永久起搏器者41例,起搏器更换者21例。安装或更换永久起搏器后1～3d内,静脉注射酒石酸美托洛尔注射液10mg(体重≤60kg)、15mg(体重>60kg),首次静脉注射5mg,5～10min后重复给药。检测静脉注射前及注射后10、30、90、180min心房、心室起搏阈值和心肌P、R波振幅。结果新近安装永久心脏起搏器患者和起搏器更换患者心房起搏阈值、心室起搏阈值在用药前后各时间段均无显著变化(P>0.05);心房P波振幅、心室R波振幅也均无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论静脉注射酒石酸美托洛尔对新近安装永久性人工心脏起搏器患者心房、心室起搏阈值和P、R波振幅无明显影响;对已长期安装永久心脏起搏器患者心房、心室起搏阈值和P、R波振幅也无明显影响。
