肺静脉狭窄介入治疗的现状与发展

摘要(Abstract):
<正>肺静脉狭窄(pulmonary venous stenosis,PVS)是指由先天或后天因素造成肺静脉管腔狭窄进而导致血液回流受阻的一系列临床疾病,常见的累积部位有肺静脉开口、肺外肺静脉、肺内肺静脉、肺静脉-左心房吻合口等,可分为先天性肺静脉狭窄(congenital pulmonary venous stenosis,CPVS)和获得性肺静脉狭窄(acquired pulmonary venous stenosis,APVS)。CPVS常见于先天性心脏病复杂畸形。APVS是完全或部分性肺静脉畸形引流矫治术后一种常见的严重并发症,也可并发于特发性纵隔纤维化、胸部放疗、恶性肿瘤浸润、心包炎和组织胞浆菌病等。然而,近年来随着心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)射频消融术(radiofrequency catheter ablation,RFCA)的普及,术后并发
