摘要(Abstract)：

<正>慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)是诸多心血管疾病的终末阶段,因其较高的住院率和病死率,一直是心血管疾病治疗中的一个难题。传统的CHF治疗方法主要包括药物治疗和心脏移植。药物治疗虽然可以缓解症状,但是仍有相当数量的CHF患者,特别是纽约心脏病学会(new york heart association,NYHA)心功能Ⅲ、Ⅳ级的患者,因心力衰竭进行性加重,优化药物治疗已经无法取得令人满意的疗效。而心脏移植虽然可以彻底解决心力衰竭的问题,但是仍然面临着心脏供体稀缺,手术技术复杂,患者病死率高等问题。近年来,心脏再同步化治疗(cardiac resynchronization therapy,CRT)作为治疗CHF的一项新技术得到了业界的广泛关注。临床试验证实,对于
