摘要(Abstract):
<正>经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneouscoronary intervention,PCI)是恢复冠状动脉有效血运的主要手段,使患者获益明显。2018年4月全国介入心脏病学论坛(CCIF)公布了2009-2017年中国大陆PCI患者数,从公布的数据上看PCI术数量逐年上升。在成功血运重建患者中,排除急性冠状动脉综合征、心力衰竭、瓣膜病等后,仍有高达30%患者存在持续心绞痛和(或)劳力诱发心肌缺血的证据~([1])。还有一部分患
