摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1临床资料患者男,53岁,因"发作性劳力性胸痛3 d,每次持续约5 min,休息可缓解"于2014年12月5日入住解放军二炮总医院。既往高血压病史20余年,间断性口服降压药物治疗。2014年2月因出血性脑梗死住本院治疗,当时急诊脑CT显示:左侧颞叶出血灶,左侧枕叶梗死灶,脑内缺血灶,脑白质脱髓鞘。查血小板(502~613)×109/L,未给予抗血小板药物治
