摘要(Abstract):
<正>心血管疾病尤其是心肌梗死是全球临床死亡的主要原因之一。在过去的几十年中,冠状动脉支架置入术使全世界许多患者受益。然而,目前血管支架存在一定的缺点,尤其是内皮化受损导致支架内血栓形成和新生内膜过度增生。原位内皮化是解决再狭窄及支架内晚期血栓形成最具前景的研究方向。原位内皮化是指在冠状动脉支架置入术后,促进功能性内皮直接再生于支架表面。早期方法主要是吸引支架与血管接触部位的内皮细胞(endothelial cells,ECs),但是较低的ECs迁
