摘要(Abstract)：

<正>妊娠是女性一个特殊的生理时期,由于胎儿在母体内生长、发育,子宫、胎盘逐渐增大,母体内分泌发生改变、代谢增加,同时血容量增加、心肌耗氧量增加等,因此在这个时期母体的心血管系统负担增加,心血管系统生理功能也会发生一系列的变化。与妊娠相关心血管疾病的发生率及流行病学的新数据当前仍十分有限,2006年至2008年英国致妊娠期母体死亡的最常见原因包括成人猝死综合征、围生期心肌病(peripartum cardiomyopathy,PPCM)、主动脉夹层和心肌梗
