摘要(Abstract):
<正>冷冻球囊消融(cryoballoon ablation,CBA)和射频消融(radiofrequency ablation,RFCA)是目前导管消融治疗心房颤动的主要方法。2016年《新英格兰医学杂志》发表了这两种方法治疗阵发性心房颤动(paroxysmal atrial fibrilliation,Par AF)临床效果的对比研究[1],再次证实了CBA的有效性
