摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1临床资料患者女,72岁。主因"气促,胸闷20年余,加重1年余"入院。1年前曾在外院诊断为"心脏瓣膜病、主动脉瓣重度狭窄并轻度关闭不全、美国纽约心脏病学会(NYHA)心功能Ⅲ级",药物治疗后有所缓解,近期症状反复,为进一步诊治来武汉亚洲心脏病医院。体重指数17.1 kg/m2,患者既往高血压病史6年,最高血压160/90 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=
