摘要(Abstract)：

<正>碎裂QRS波(fragmented QRS,fQRS)于2006年由Das等[1]明确定义,是指常规12导联心电图上相邻两个或更多导联上出现各种形式的RSR'波形,有或无病理性Q波,除外束支传导阻滞,且QRS时限<120 ms,包括QRS波群中出现≥1个R'波或R波有切迹,或S波有切迹(图1)。2008年Das等[2]又对同时存在束支传导阻滞、室性期前收缩和起搏心律的fQRS即宽fQRSs(fragmented wide QRS,f-wQRS)的定义进行了补充,使fQRS有了更完善、全面的定义。
