摘要(Abstract)：

心房颤动是临床中常见的心律失常，发病率逐年增加。严重影响患者生活质量，显著增加死亡、脑卒中、心力衰竭等发生风险。本文报道1例中老年男性心房颤动患者，发生系统性栓塞及左心房血栓，导致心肌梗死、脑栓塞、下肢动脉栓塞3种疾病并存时，联合应用抗血小板与抗凝治疗可有效减少缺血及血栓栓塞事件，但会增加出血风险。本病例报道通过患者的初诊、转诊、随访的过程，分析该患者病情演变并对相关文献进行复习，可以提高临床对该类疾病的认识及诊治水平。
