经导管主动脉瓣置换术联合经导管二尖瓣缘对缘修复术同期治疗主动脉瓣反流合并二尖瓣脱垂1例Simultaneous management of transcatheter aortic valve replacement and transcatheter mitral valve edge-to-edge repair for a case of aortic regurgitation combined mitral valve prolapse

摘要(Abstract):
主动脉瓣反流和二尖瓣反流在老年瓣膜性心脏病中发病率较高,部分患者中两者可同时存在。重度主动脉瓣反流合并重度二尖瓣反流往往需要外科换瓣手术,但对于外科高危的患者,其围术期死亡风险明显增加,因此对于这类患者,如解剖条件合适,可选择进行微创介入联合瓣膜干预治疗。本病例报道经导管主动脉瓣置换术联合经导管二尖瓣缘对缘修复术治疗重度主动脉瓣反流合并二尖瓣脱垂1例,以期为该类患者探索新的治疗思路。
