矫正性大动脉转位伴Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞植入双腔起搏器1例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>1临床资料患者男,45岁。因劳累后胸闷气促25年,频发伴加重半年入院。患者25年前因高热、心动过缓入外院治疗,诊断为"病毒性心肌炎",经对症处理后好转。出院后出现劳累后胸闷、气促、呼吸困难,未予特殊治疗。近半年来,患者自觉胸闷症状加重,偶有胸前区疼痛,无放射痛,时间持续数秒,可自行缓解,夜间须高枕卧位,无阵发性呼吸困难,有头晕,无黑矇及晕厥。查体:体温37℃,脉搏50次/min,呼吸
