<正>1临床资料患者女,73岁。因"突发胸痛90 min"就诊于北京市朝阳医院急诊科。既往风湿性心脏病史(风心病)50年、心房颤动(房颤)病史40年、二尖瓣机械瓣膜置换术后28年。平素规律服用华法林抗凝治疗,2个月前检测国际标准化比值(INR)为2.1。无高血压病、血脂异常及心绞痛病史。入
