超声心动图在经皮心室重建术中应用三例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>1临床资料病例1,患者男,48岁。6个月前因"急性广泛前壁心肌梗死"行急诊溶栓治疗。2周后行冠状动脉造影示:左主干无明显狭窄;前降支近段次全闭塞,局部可见瘤样扩张,远段TIMI血流分级Ⅱ级,中远段管壁不规则;第一对角支管壁不规则;左回旋支粗大,优势型,中远段管壁不规则;钝缘支无明显狭窄;右冠状动脉细小,无明显狭窄。于前降支近段置入Resolute 3.5 mm×30 mm佐他莫司药物洗脱支架一枚。
