<正>1冠状动脉内旋磨术的演变和发展情况冠状动脉内旋磨术(rotational atherectomy,RA)是在20世纪80年代初进行研制及开发的[1],1988年Fourrier等[2]完成了首例RA。1993年,RA获得美国食品和药品监督管理局(FDA)批准。此后,RA在临床上得到广泛应用。RA作为经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)中的一项重要技术,经历过一个先热[冠状动脉球囊扩张术(plain old balloon angioplasty,POBA)时代]—后冷[裸金属支架(bare
