冠状动脉侧支循环形成机制及评估方法The formation mechanism and evaluation method of coronary collateral circulation

摘要(Abstract):
冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病是威胁人类健康的重要疾病,发病率逐年升高。冠状动脉侧支循环是先天存在于冠状动脉之间相互连接形成的血管网络,可在一定程度上延缓缺血性心肌病及心力衰竭的进展,抑制恶性心律失常的发生。但是通过促进侧支循环形成减轻患者冠状动脉缺血症状或者在制定治疗方案前准确、全面评估侧支循环进而制定最佳治疗方案,近年来日益成为众多学者关注的焦点之一。本文就冠状动脉侧支循环形成机制及评估方法做一综述。
