穿心莲提取物和鱼油预防粥样硬化性血管狭窄及其对单核细胞分泌生长因子的抑制作用Preventive action of andrographis paniculata nees and fish oil on atheroselerosis and their inhibitory effect on secreting growth factors of monocytes

摘要(Abstract):
为探讨中药穿心莲提取物和鱼油在预防冠心病中的作用,我们研究了这两种药物对实验性粥样硬化兔骼动脉狭窄的预防作用及其对血单核细胞分泌生长因子能力的影响。结果显示,对照组,穿心莲及鱼油预防组髂动脉狭窄发生率分别为100%、70%和77%;骼动脉狭窄程度分别为60.53±31.03%,25.39±10.52%和52.21±21.17%(P<0.01);用不同组血单核细胞的条件培养基培养成纤维细胞显示,各组掺入成纤维细胞中的~3H-TdR 量分别为11.87×10~3、7.79×10~3和4.69×10~3(cpm),说明穿心莲提取物和鱼油能显著抑制血源性单核细胞分泌生长因子,减轻高胆固醇饲养和髂动脉去内皮所诱发的粥样硬化性狭窄,为用这二种药物防治冠心病提供了依据。
