经导管二尖瓣环中瓣置入术联合二尖瓣前叶切割术治疗二尖瓣成形术后二尖瓣衰败1例Transcatheter mitral valve-in-ring implantation combined with laceration of the anterior mitral leaflet to prevent outflow obstruction technique for mitral valve failure post annuloplasty:a case report

摘要(Abstract)：
外科二尖瓣成形术是二尖瓣疾病的常用治疗方式。然而，随着人口老龄化，术后严重的二尖瓣反流成为治疗的难题，该类患者往往年龄大、合并多系统疾病，再次接受体外循环支持的开胸手术风险较高，经导管二尖瓣置入成为重要的补充。本病例报道1例经导管二尖瓣环中瓣置入术（MVIR）联合二尖瓣前叶切割术（LAMPOON）对外科二尖瓣成形术后二尖瓣衰败老年患者的治疗，以期为临床实践提供参考和经验。
