摘要(Abstract):
<正>三尖瓣病变是一种常见的心脏瓣膜病变,目前临床上对于病变严重者多首选三尖瓣置换术(tricuspid value replacement,TVR)治疗。行TVR的患者多数心功能较差,需同期处理心脏合并病变,因此,术后治疗风险及并发症发生率较高。由于三尖瓣解剖位置原因,TVR术中极有可能损伤心脏传导系统或冠状动脉等结构,从而导致患者术后发生各种心律失常,包括室上性心动过速、窦性心动过缓、窦性停
