摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨心导管和2D超声同步测量右心室压力容积环的可行性。方法拟入组2015年6月至2017年6月在武汉亚洲心脏病医院行右心导管检查的任意类型肺动脉高压患者,在行导管检查的同时行心脏超声测量右心室容积,选择同一心动周期,取压力和容积参数制作压力容积环。结果最终完成4例患者的资料收集,制作出压力容积环,但图形不规则,相互间无相似性,制作失败。结论同步心导管及2D超声构建人肺动脉高压右心室压力容积环存在难以克服的技术缺陷,难以成功。
