外伤性主动脉损伤行覆膜血管支架置入术的研究

摘要(Abstract):
<正>外伤性主动脉损伤是外科疾病致死的主要疾病之一,是由胸部钝性外伤所致的致命性损伤之一,主要包括主动脉断裂或破裂、主动脉假性动脉瘤、主动脉夹层和主动脉壁内血肿[1-2]。其中,主动脉假性动脉瘤临床最为常见,主动脉完全断裂极为罕见,创伤性主动脉夹层和主动脉壁内血肿较为少见[3]。流行病学调查显示,外伤性主动脉损伤有很高的致死率[4],其现场死亡率为80%~90%[5]。现场存活的患者24 h内的死亡率为32%,两周的死亡率为74%[6]。
