摘要(Abstract)：

经导管缘对缘瓣膜修复技术已经成为治疗外科风险极高的退行性二尖瓣反流及内科最优药物治疗下仍有临床症状的功能性二尖瓣反流的可靠介入微创治疗方式。本病例报道我国自主研发的新一代自锁式经导管二尖瓣缘对缘修复系统的首次临床应用经验。
