急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后出现“交感风暴”1例“Sympathetic storm” after percutaneous coronary intervention in acute myocardial infarction:a case report

摘要(Abstract)：
交感风暴是一种危及生命的临床急症,以短时间内反复发生持续性室性心律失常为特点,常见病因是急性冠状动脉综合征,通常预后不佳。本文报道急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后出现交感风暴1例,探讨交感风暴发生的病理生理及救治方案,以期为临床诊治类似病例提供参考。
