摘要(Abstract)：

<正>抗血小板治疗是经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术后药物治疗的基石。目前各国颁布了相关的指南或共识指导PCI术后的抗血小板治疗~([1-2]),但临床实践中仍有部分患者发生缺血或者出血事件。制定更合适的抗血小板治疗方案是心血管学科一直关注的问题。GLOBAL LEADERS研究~([3])旨在探索该问题,研究结果在2018
