摘要(Abstract)：

目的 比较药物洗脱球囊（DEB）与普通球囊在冠状动脉分叉病变中应用的有效性和安全性。方法 通过计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library数据库和中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM），检索建库至2021年10月1日正式发表的文献。纳入比较DEB与普通球囊在冠状动脉分叉病变患者中疗效差异的研究。运用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果 纳入8篇文献，分叉病变患者881例，随访时间6～24个月。造影随访结果表明，DEB组与非DEB组相比，能降低分支血管的晚期管腔丢失率[标准化均数差（SMD）–0.82,95%CI–1.29～–0.35,P=0.0007]，增加分支血管最小管腔直径（SMD0.62,95%CI0.27～0.97,P=0.0005），随访期间非围术期心肌梗死发生率有下降趋势（OR0.41,95%CI0.16～1.05,P=0.060）。结论 DEB比普通球囊在冠状动脉分叉病变应用中具有更好的有效性和安全性。
