摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1临床资料患者男, 43岁。主因"间断心悸1个月,发作性胸痛5d"于2017年6月23日入首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院心内五科。患者入院前1个月多于早餐后心悸,持续15 min左右自行缓解。当地医院行24 h动态心电图检查示频发室性早搏,予美西律、美托洛尔等药物治疗后症状改善。入院前5 d无诱因突发胸痛,约10 min自行缓解。既往高血压病4年,曾行CT检查疑诊嗜铬细胞瘤,规律口服厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗,血压控制满意。吸烟史
