急性冠状动脉综合征腔内影像学性别差异研究进展Progression of sex differences in acute coronary syndrome based on intravascular imaging

摘要(Abstract):
近年来,腔内影像学技术的快速发展为急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者的诊断、治疗和研究提供了有力的支持和指导。目前发现,不同性别患者间的病理生理学特点、介入治疗方式的选择及后续临床事件发生等方面存在着一定的差异,且相关研究仍存在争议。腔内影像学以其精准性和可靠性等优点为ACS患者性别差异的后续探索开辟了新的视角。本文对近年来应用腔内影像学针对ACS患者性别差异的相关研究进行归纳总结。
