评价二尖瓣球囊扩张术的远期效果Evaluate the long-term outcome of PTMC

摘要(Abstract)：
对经皮二尖瓣球囊扩张术(PTMV)术后一年以上的62例病人进行随访,旨在观察其远期效果。研究结果表明62例中除3例因一些原因进行了二尖瓣置换术外,其余病人二尖瓣口面积在术后一年与一周比无显著变化(1.96±0.62与2.08±20.39cm P>0.05),无一例发生再狭窄。术前二尖瓣瓣膜结构病变轻、瓣膜积分<9分者选期效果较理想。
