摘要(Abstract)：

目的　旨在探讨经桡动脉行冠状动脉内支架置入术的价值。方法　将 10 0例心绞痛患者分为经桡动脉和股动脉组并置入冠状动脉内支架 ,分别观察二组在手术和住院结果等方面的比较。结果　发现二组在平均手术操作时间、平均到冠脉时间、首次支架置入成功率、平均使用导管数、主要冠脉事件等方面差别无显著性 ,而经桡动脉组在局部并发症 (出血或小血肿 )、压迫止血或病人移动、住院时间和病人不适反应等方面明显优于股动脉组 ,而平均动脉插管时间和动脉痉挛发生率则比股动脉组明显增加。结论　经桡动脉行冠脉内支架置入与经股动脉同样安全有效 ,而且经桡动脉并发症更少 ,但是需要一定的经验者。
