摘要(Abstract)：

微球室间隔消融术（MSA）治疗梗阻性肥厚型心肌病（HOCM）是一种新方法，术后即刻效果近年来国内外均有报道，但是缺少长期随访资料。本次报道1例75岁女患者，行MSA术后4年，取得了较好的疗效，表明MSA可能成为治疗HOCM的一个有效方法。
