微球室间隔消融术治疗梗阻性肥厚型心肌病1例术后4年随访Microsphere septal ablation for patient with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy:a case report with 4 years follow-up

摘要(Abstract):
微球室间隔消融术(MSA)治疗梗阻性肥厚型心肌病(HOCM)是一种新方法,术后即刻效果近年来国内外均有报道,但是缺少长期随访资料。本次报道1例75岁女患者,行MSA术后4年,取得了较好的疗效,表明MSA可能成为治疗HOCM的一个有效方法。
