房间隔缺损伴持续性心房颤动行房间隔缺损与左心耳介入封堵术1例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>1临床资料患者男,44岁,驾驶员。因"阵发心悸1年,伴间断头晕失语4 d"入院。患者近1年情绪激动后出现间断性心悸,休息后缓解。4 d前行走时突发头晕,伴短暂失语,当时意识清醒,不伴头痛、眩晕,数分钟后缓解。于当地医院行头部CT平扫无异常。为进一步诊治,于2015年1月1日至武汉亚洲心脏病医院住院治疗。入院查体:心率104次/min,律绝对不齐,脉搏短绌,P2亢进并固定分裂,胸骨左缘第3肋
