血管内超声对血栓病变的判断

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>易损斑块破裂及继发性血栓形成是大多数急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)发生的主要病理生理学机制。研究显示,在急性心肌梗死发病8h以内,90%以上的罪犯血管内存在血栓,而且大多数是红色血栓或混合血栓,偶有白色血栓。但在不稳定性心绞痛的患者中,罪犯血管中的血栓主要为白色血栓[1]。
