摘要(Abstract)：

房间交通主要包括房间隔缺损(ASD)和卵圆孔未闭(PFO),常合并房间隔膨出瘤(ASA)。P FO合并ASA时常增加隐源性卒中的风险。ASD合并ASA时,常因膨出的瘤体造成封堵器脱落,为介入手术带来一定的挑战。现将ASA的特点以及房间交通合并ASA的介入治疗研究进展进行概述。
