<正>在ST段抬高心肌梗死(ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction,STEMI)患者急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)中,5%~15%患者即使开通梗死相关动脉,其远端心肌组织仍不能获得有效灌注,甚至可能会发生心源性死亡及主要不良心脏事件,慢血
